Prices and availability

All prices include 21% VAT. Prices are subject to modifications or errors. All goods are sold subject to availability. Both price and availability information is subject to change without notice, hence any subsequent purchases of the same product cannot be guaranteed at the same price.

Payment

Payment must be performed by bank transfer or PayPal (creditcard) before shipment or at pickup. Other ways of payment can only be accepted when they are approved by Living Lounge. Payment at reception of the package is only possible for packages within Belgium and can be chosen in the shipment options during ordering. After your order, you will receive an e-mail with the payment instructions. Unfortunately, we do not accept payment by cheque or postal order, and you cannot pay in installments.

Shipment

The shipping costs which are mentioned in the checkout menu are calculated on the total weight of the ordered products. Depending on the packing materials and the size of the products, is it possible that the shipping costs lie higher or lower than the mentioned amount. In this case we will contact you to communicate the correct amount.

Shipment happens after the complete payment is received by means of bank transfer or PayPal. The orders are carried out without guarantee of supply on fixed date. We try however to send ordered goods (if in stock) immediately after payment. If certain goods are not in stock or can not be immediately delivered we do our best to inform you of it swiftly. Modifications or lateness of supplies in account of the salesman do not give the right to the purchaser to cancel the purchase or to claim damages. Goods are sent at the responsibility of the customer.

We cannot be put responsible for damage that appears during the transport.

Please check your package for damage immediately at delivery. Remarks concerning differences between the product and the product image/description or other complaints must reach us within 48 hours after supply (by means of e-mail, letter or telephone).

Returns

If there are founded problems with the product received, we guarantee, if in stock, replacement by a simultaneous product or refund of the purchase amount. The buyer needs to, as mentioned above, immediately report the problem observed and if necessary return the article in its original packing. The buyer is responsible for the return shipment.

In case of returns within these conditions Living Lounge will pay back the purchase amount minus administrative costs (5,00 euros) and minus the shipment costs, within 30 days by bank transfer.

Protection of your privacy (personal data)

Living lounge asks for your address data so that we can contact you for the follow-up of your order and for its shipment. We can also use your address to inform you about similar products or offers which you could interest you in the future. You can refuse this type of mailings by using the "unsubscribe" function (opt-out). We respect our customers privacy, so your data will NEVER be passed on to third parties. The collected data remain in possession of Living Lounge and are only used for internal marketing aims. You also have the right to consult, adjust or remove your data if you wish to.
