|Shipping, shippings costs & returns
The shipping costs that are mentioned in the checkout menu, are calculated on the total weight of the ordered products.
Shipment happens after the complete payment for your order is received. The orders are carried out without guarantee of supply on fixed date. We try however to send ordered goods (if in stock) immediately after payment.
If certain goods are not in stock or can not be immediately delivered we do our best to inform you of it swiftly.
Modifications or lateness of supplies in account of the salesman do not give the right to the purchaser to cancel the purchase or to claim damages.
Goods are sent at the responsibility of the customer. We cannot be put responsible for damage that appears during the transport.
Please check your package for damage immediately at delivery.
Remarks concerning differences between the product and the product image/description or other complaints must reach us within 48 hours after supply (by means of e-mail, letter or telephone).

• Return and right of withdrawal
The following applies only to customers that, in their capacity as consumers, purchase products through the online shop :
The customer has the right to inform Living Lounge that he waives the purchase, without paying any penalty and without reason within 14 calender days starting on the day after the goods are delivered or when the service agreement is concluded.
Exceptions: Some products can not be returned: products that are only available to order, products that are specially made or composed for you or items that are specially ordered for you. This includes eg wallpaper or custom made items.
It goes without saying that only items that are in the original and undamaged packaging and that are complete with all accessories, manuals, etc. can be returned.
Used, dirty, damaged or incomplete items will never be taken back.
In case of withdrawal, the buyer is responsible for the return shipment and its cost. The product should be sent back sufficiently protected in a sturdy box and to avoid damage during shipment.
In case of returns within these conditions, the purchase price will be refunded by bank transfer within 30 days.
If there are founded problems with the product received, we guarantee, if in stock, replacement by a simultaneous product or refund of the purchase amount.
The buyer needs to, as mentioned above, immediately report the problem observed and if necessary return the article in its original packing.
The buyer is responsible for the return shipment.
